Maria Vincent is a native of Sussex County, with a background in case management and family assistance. In Maria's own words - "I first and foremost want to thank you for allowing me into your lives. It isn’t always easy to share your story with another new face. As your Prevention Resource Coordinator, I have a degree in Social Work, and a background in housing assistance and homelessness prevention, which I believe will aid us in building a strong, trusting partnership. Over the coming days and weeks, I look forward to meeting you individually to better understand your unique needs and circumstances. Together, we will develop a personalized plan to address your challenges, while also celebrating your strengths and successes.

Carolyn Ames Kelly, LMSW, comes to Coastal Delaware by way of Baltimore, where she worked for over 20 years in housing and community development in service of low-income adults. Prior to moving to Delaware, she served as Executive Director for 10 years at a nonprofit that provided housing development and supportive services to adults and families with a history of homelessness and chronic mental illness throughout Baltimore City. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore.
